Program Description

At CrossFit Thalwil, we believe every child deserves to enjoy movement and grow up with confidence in their body. Our Kids & Teens programme introduces young athletes to fitness in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment — with certified CrossFit Kids coaches who make every session safe, engaging, and rewarding.


This is not just exercise. Children learn to pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump — building the fundamental movement skills that carry over into sports, school, and everyday life. Our focus is always on good movement, teamwork, and confidence rather than pressure or comparison.


CrossFit Kids  — Ages 2.5 to 7

Playful, high-energy sessions that introduce young children to body control, coordination, and healthy habits through movement they genuinely enjoy.


CrossFit Teens  — Ages 8 to 15

More structured training that builds strength, endurance, flexibility, and resilience while keeping sessions fun and age-appropriate. A great complement for teens already active in sport.


All classes are run in small groups to ensure every child receives proper attention and coaching. Whether your child is new to organised activity or already competing in sport, our programme meets them where they are and helps them grow — physically and personally.
